Like being able to control each side separately. Nice design, fairly even toasting (one side is always slightly darker) and very easy to use. Looks pretty and not overly bulky.

Pretty product but flimsy build, poor quality, just doesn't feel very solid with wobbly controls.The toasting process is slow and one side of the toast browns more than the other irrespective of settings.
