    So far we love it. it looks good and is easy to use and efficient. We particularly like the way you can adjust to have a very small ring for say milk pans. The two young men who delivered and installed it were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

    This Hotpoint cooker was just the level of equipment we wanted to replace our 22 year old cooker with a Hot Plate hob, we could not repair any more. The new Hotpoint was chosen for its intuitive front facing sloped knobs and ceramic radiant rings, which are much quicker to react than the old hot plates. Very pleased with this cooker and the quick delivery.

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
