I've had Miele separate washer and dryer for 14 years. They were fantastic. Now I've moved into a flat I no longer have space for both so purchased this. It fails to start when the start icon is pressed. The machine beeps but does not start. You cannot cancel a program once it has started. Yes, you can stop it but you cannot cancel it. The door repeatedly fails to unlock for no reason. A part failed in the first 8 months so I couldn't use drying function for 3 weeks while the part and the engineer were available to replace it. It is VERY noisy. Overall very disappointed.

Very limited functionalities for a Miele machine, does not let you select a spin only cycle, know the remaining time before the end of the was and overall looks cheap. As a Miele afictionada, would choose other products for the price.

It's a superb washer dryer. The app is useless, but who needs an app? This has lost 1 star, because the water inlet pipe didn't let any water into my machine. The machine had to be exchanged as DOA and then the AO fitter of the replacement machine had to get a basic hose out of the van. I had to pay for the redelivery and the fitting because first time round my plumber who was here anyway installed it. Miele were useless and wanted me to enter into some weeks-long Odyssey of administration and visits from engineers to confirm what was wrong etc. They accused me and my plumber of crimes of negligence against washing machines. Luckily, firstly I refused to be treated like this and then AO stepped in and put things right (which is why I will always, always use AO). So, if when yours is installed there's a water inlet error, the above may be of use.

It's a great machine. Easy to use, quiet, and efficient.

Fantastic washer/dryer - clothes look wonderful after washing - minimal iron too - works wonders. I don’t use the dryer function very often but it does the job well when used - would definitely recommend the product. The service I had from AO has been excellent too. Thank you.

Although it’s not as silent as some reviews make it sound, this is an excellent washer dryer.
